CPR Program Launched in Prince George Secondary Schools
The High School CPR Program is being brought to Prince George by the BC Ambulance Service, the Advanced Coronary Treatment Foundation, and Ambulance Paramedics of BC – CUPE 873. Approximately 140 students from John McInnis Jr. Secondary School and 160 students from Prince George Secondary School will be trained in CPR by ten certified teachers each year.

Paramedics Exceed Commitment, CPR Program Expanded
A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) program established in British Columbia high schools by the BC Ambulance Service, Ambulance Paramedics of BC, and the Advanced Coronary Treatment Foundation is ensuring thousands more B.C. high school students will have the opportunity to receive life-saving CPR training, Health Minister George Abbott announced.
