Performance Information
Performance measures are intended to measure desirable, and achievable outcomes. In many cases the outcomes are longterm, and the performance measures aim at some interim, or proxy measure. The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in the United States has published recommendations for establishing effective performance measures.
