Physicians can get their personal performance reports (as they become available) from the Ministries' secure web site (login here). If you are a licensed B.C. physician registered with the Medical Services Plan, you are eligible to access the secure web site.

The CDM Toolkit is now available to B.C. physicians. This web-based technology provides a host of patient information management functions need to optimally provide planned patient chronic care. The technology is especially useful to practices not equipped with an electronic medical record system. For more information, see the CDM Toolkit Fact Sheet (PDF 64Kb).

Request Access

To request access to the secure web site, please complete and submit the Web Access Request Application and Agreement(PDF 74Kb). For supporting instructions see the Help with Request Access Form. HealthNet Access Services staff can then process your request to become a registered user of the secure web site.

Data for newly registered users is loaded twice per month, on the 15th and last days of the month. When you receive your new userid, it may be up to two weeks before your data is loaded to your account.

Pickup Reports (login here)

You may pickup your personal performance reports through the secure web site. If you are already a registered user, you can go directly to the login page. Once you have logged in, select "Pickup Reports" to see what files are available for you.
